Well, the times don't lie. I did my second best time and received a 4:48. I did well the first 18 miles and was a speed demon. THen the aches and pains took over.

For the fourth year now I've done this and it's fun, and for a good cause.
This was a 5K run, 25K bike ride; and 5K run...
Total Time: 1:59:20.
Run1 5K (3.2 miles): 26:22
Bike 25K (18 miles): 1:10:20
Run2 5K (3.2 miles): 28:19
Total Time 2:08:34 which includes several minutes of transition time. I came in 8/14 people
in my age group!
