December 3rd - Howard County Metric Marathon
A metric marathon is 26.2K which is 16+ miles.
My time was 2:39, which is 9:49 pace.
November 23rd - YMCA Turkey Chase 10K
My time was: 56:03. My pace 9:02.
November 19th - Rockville Band
I am in the Rockville, Maryland Concert band, playing alto saxophone - my instrument of choice during college marching band season!

November 5, 2006 - Multiple Myeloma 5K Charity Run
A large team gathered for Janice's dad for the annual MMRF 5K.
I had just run the marathon the week before, and took about 40 minutes to run this with a friend.

October 29 2006 - Marine Core Marathon - Washington DC
I finally beat my record on this 7th Marine Core Marathon. 4:23:50 (10:03 pace), and I can officially retire from marathoning now. My goal to beat was 4:29:59.

August 27 2006 - Annapolis Striders - 10 Mile Race
First 7 miles at 9:25 pace, and last 3 miles at 8:33 pace. Not even sure it was me running! Overal total: 10 miles, 1:31:49 for a 9:10 pace. Beat last year by 8 minutes!
July 23 2006 - Riley's Rumble Half Marathon
The Hot Hilly and Humid Half Marathon! I did great for me: 2:11:05. 10:00 mpm pace.
July 6 - 15 2006 - Tour de France - The Pyrenees Stages
I saw the Tour de France in the Pyrenees in the South of France and stayed in a small town called Luscan in a cute Bed and Breakfast type of place. Biked every day some of the Tour mountains & through small towns.
June 17 - Tangier Island, Maryland
I went flying with my friend to Tangier Island, a cute island you can get to only by airplane or a once a day ferry. We also stopped in Cambridge to refuel.
May 27-29 2006 - The Adirondacks
The Adirondack Mountains in upstate New York - The High Peaks Area!
I hiked Algonquin, The Slide (via the many Brothers), and Pitchoff.
April 23 2006 - Pike's Peek 10K
I won't reveal my time. But let's just say I better improve!
