  • Monday August 9: Lake Louise to Plain of Six Glaciers and Teahouse, Mirror Lake (7.5 miles)
  • Tuesday August 10: Moraine Lake to Larch Valley, Sentinel Pass, Giant Steps, & Paradise Valley (18.2k)
  • Wednesday August 11: Lake O'Hara Alpine Circuit Trail: Wiwaxy, All Soul's Trail, Huber Ledges, Opabin Valley (6 hard miles - 3 mountains!)
  • Thursday August 12: Lake Louise, Mirror Lake, Lake Agnes Teahouse, Little Beehive, Big Beehive
  • Friday August 13: Lake Agnes, Mirror Lake Mt. Nyblock base, Mt. St. Parin (6.3 hard miles)
  • Saturday August 14: Takkakaw Falls & Iceline Trail (18.2k)
  • Sunday August 15: Num Ti Jah Lodge - Bow Lake to Bow Falls (9.2k)
